Spring Note N.01 - Unframed Original

"Spring Note N.01" (2026) is an original work by Carla Nicieza.

Created during the closing days of spring, this intimate collection brings together floral forms, warm red and brown tones, and the enduring presence of the horse. Continuing this year’s exploration of luck and symbolism, each work reflects a sense of seasonal transition and quiet renewal.

This work is one of four Spring Notes - smaller companion pieces created alongside the larger still lifes. More intimate in scale, these works sit gently alongside the main collection.

Created with ink and pastels on cotton paper.
