This latest series of still-life works was created with ink and pencil on cotton paper. As always, it comes from a place of curiosity and my own way of working, blending symbols from my childhood with memories from recent trips to Japan, Seoul and Paris.

The works centre on the quiet beauty of everyday objects - vases, flowers and fruit. I love taking the time to slow down, notice these small moments and enjoy them in stillness. For the first time, I’ve brought in deep yellow and green tones alongside wood, reflecting the winter season and the cosy warmth of this time of year.
